Current Vacancies

Come join our fun, vibrant team where you really CAN make a difference, working with disabled people to enable them to achieve their desired outcomes. There’s real job satisfaction here… no two days are ever the same.

Community Services Enablers

We provide dynamic, person-centred services to people aged 5 upwards and work with them every day to access a multitude of social, leisure and developmental opportunities.

You will help empower people to work towards and achieve goals they have set for themselves; this may be out in the community, in their own home or in the CEDA building itself. Here we give people the power to participate in some of the most fun things in life; nothing ever seems out of reach. Working here is not only rewarding, it is thoroughly enjoyable.

Hours and activities are varied as we offer such an individual service to everyone – enablers are ‘matched’ depending on skills, attributes and interests that are requested by the individual. Due to continued growth and popularity of our services, we have full and part time roles available. Successful applicants will have a set working week, more than likely working with a number of individuals across a range of environments – Due to this a car driver is preferred for this role.

If CEDA sounds like something you would like to be a part of please request an application pack, including job spec and description below and send your completed form to Jenna.a@cedaonline.org.uk, or alternatively phone Jenna on 01392 813022

Youth Service Enablers Wanted!

We are looking for people to support children and young people to play and access activities and opportunities. We offer shifts to suit and a fun and flexible working environment.

Experience in working with children or with disabilities would be an advantage but most important is a commitment to inclusion.

CEDA is a charity working with disabled children and young people aged 5-20.

We have several positions available and so will be interviewing as applications come in. Please note: We cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 18.

Please contact Naomi Hutchings at naomi.h@cedaonline.org.uk or on 01392 813028 for further information or apply using the application pack below.
