Work with CEDA
We welcome applications from, and actively seek to recruit disabled people. We meet the requirements of, and use the disability symbol. All applicants are subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (previously known as Criminal Records Bureau check).
Come join our fun, vibrant team where you really CAN make a difference, working with disabled people to enable them to achieve their desired outcomes. There’s real job satisfaction here… no two days are ever the same.
We have ongoing opportunities due to an increase in service provision.
In this role you will be key in empowering people to work towards and achieve goals they have set for themselves; this may be out in the community, in their own home or in the CEDA building itself. At CEDA we give people the power to participate in some of the most fun things in life; nothing ever seems out of reach. Working with CEDA is not only rewarding, it is thoroughly enjoyable.
Hours and activities are varied as we offer such an individual service to everyone – enablers are ‘matched’ depending on skills, attributes and interests that are requested by the individual. Due to expansion in the New Year, we do have full and part time roles available. Successful applicants will have a set working week, more than likely working with a number of individuals across a range of environments – Due to this a car driver is preferred for this role.
If CEDA sounds like something you would like to be a part of please download an application pack, including job spec and description below and send your completed form to Jenna.firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively phone Jenna on 01392 813022
