CEDA achieved Youth Music funding to make music a core offer to the CEDA service users. The project has involved visits to gigs, performances to the public and lots and lots of music making sessions.
CEDA can now offer music to all it's youth services users, allowing them the opportunity to do anything musical from didgeridoo making to DJing. Recently some of the group watched an Olly Murs gig at Powderham and had a great day out.
There is also the FUMP night (Friday Urban Music Project) which is dedicated to creating urban music with young people who have a specific interest in those styles. It includes rapping, music production and more. Please get in touch if you would like to attend.
Also check out CEDA Rhythms Music Club which is all about music making with young people. No particular musical prefference required - just an opportunity to have fun! Please get in touch if you'd like to attend!
